We can help you with any query that may arise to help you get settled into your new home. All you have to do is call us and you will be dealing with someone who has been with you throughout your buying progress.

We can support on technical, legal and financial matters such as setting up bank accounts, connection to utilities, dealing with solicitors, arranging residence permits, liaising with customs brokers (should you decide to bring goods from your home country), making alterations to your property if you so want .... - Progress:
Keeping you updated on the progress of your property if you buy "off plan" and liaising with you on further trips to view it should you so wish to do so. - Property Management:
Arranging a property management system to your specifications e.g. cleaning, gardening, swimming pool and security whilst you are away and any problems will be notified to you. We will take instruction from you and deal with the maintenance in your absence. (Continuing whilst you are here as well if you want). - Insurances:
Setting up insurances for property / furniture / car / health. - Local Schools:
Liaising with local schools (should you have children of such age) plus related issues such as language lessons. - Airport Transfers:
We offer transfer services from Izmir, Bodrum and Dalaman Airports. You will be collected from the Airport by one of own staff and taken to your home.
